Most AI programs teach leaders to use AI. This one teaches them to lead an organization through it. Those are different jobs. Using AI well is a matter of personal fluency. Leading with AI is the work of setting direction, reshaping how the organization operates, and carrying people through a change that reaches every part of the business. It is a leadership challenge first and a technology one second.

The program is built around four leadership imperatives that together define what it takes to lead in an AI-shaped world. Reimagining value creation steps back from the daily work to ask where AI genuinely changes what your organization could offer and become, rather than simply making today's operations faster. Architecting organizational capacity turns AI from a scatter of promising pilots into a durable capability, with the structures, talent, governance, and infrastructure to keep evolving. Leading the cultural transformation confronts the real constraint on adoption, which is rarely the technology and almost always the people, and equips leaders to model, guide, and sustain the change. Navigating the AI ecosystem builds the judgment to position the organization in a landscape that shifts constantly, and to make sound decisions under real uncertainty.

You work through these imperatives alongside a cohort of senior leaders from different industries and companies. Much of the value of the room comes from that: pressure-testing your own thinking against peers who lead very different organizations, and reaching sharper conclusions together than any of you would reach alone.

You leave with a way of thinking and a set of frameworks you can take straight back to your leadership team, and with the start of a transformation plan for your own organization, rather than a tour of the latest tools.
