All cancellations and transfers must be received in writing. Submit your request via email to
Jennie McAndrew (mcandrew.28@osu.edu) with the name of the program, followed by
“cancellation” or “transfer” in the subject line.

  • Cancellations must be made at least thirty (30) days prior to the first day of the
    program in order to be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations must be made at least fourteen (14) days prior to the first day of
    the program in order to be eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Any cancellations made less than fourteen (14) days prior to the first
    day of the program will forfeit the registration fee.
  • If you for any reason are unable to attend the program, please consider
    sending someone in your place. Participants can transfer their registration to someone
    else within their organization at no charge up to 24 hours before the first day of the program.

Generative AI (GenAI) is reshaping the landscape of supply chain management, creating new avenues for optimization, innovation, and competitive advantage. This program provides critical knowledge for managers to understand and effectively leverage GenAI technologies.

By bridging the gap between technical understanding and strategic application, this program equips supply chain professionals with the knowledge to navigate the GenAI landscape confidently.

This course is designed for supply chain professionals across various roles and experience levels, including those in logistics, operations, manufacturing, procurement, analytics, planning, and more. Practitioners seeking to enhance their processes with GenAI, from early-career specialists to experienced managers are invited. While primarily focused on supply chain, professionals from adjacent fields interested in GenAI's impact are welcome. No programming experience is required, but participants should be comfortable with technology and eager to explore innovative solutions in supply chain management.
