Data Acumen: Enhanced Readiness Through Data Driven Decision-Making (October 28 - 30, 2025)

This program is designed to enhance participants’ awareness of emerging technologies and external forces shaping data-informed decision-making. Participants will gain the tools to establish baseline targets and strategic intent to improve outcomes across data-centric processes. Through a combination of virtual and in-person sessions culminating in the completion of a project, the program will provide guided, hands-on experience in developing actionable plans that support organizational data maturity goals. Ultimately, participants will be able to strengthen organizational capacity to strategically apply technological and functional insights gained through the program.

This program includes a 90 minute virtual orientation, three days on the Fisher College of Business campus, three 30 minute virtual team milestone check-ins and a virtual project report out.
