AI is changing both halves of a project leader's job: the work being delivered, and the way delivery itself is led. On technology programs especially, teams working with AI ship differently, estimates move, and the shape of risk changes. At the portfolio level, leaders now have to decide which AI initiatives to fund, sequence, and stop, often without a reliable way to tell an initiative that will scale from a pilot that will stall.
This program gives project, program, and portfolio leaders the AI-specific depth to lead that shift with confidence. It is not a program about building AI. It is about leading the delivery of AI work and the portfolios that contain it, and about using AI to run the project and portfolio function itself.
You also learn alongside a cohort of accomplished delivery and portfolio leaders from different industries and companies. Much of the value of the room comes from that: comparing how AI is reshaping delivery in very different environments, pressure-testing your own portfolio decisions against leaders who have made similar calls elsewhere, and working through real problems together rather than in isolation.
