Business development is increasingly shaped by the ability to synthesize information quickly, identify high-value opportunities and engage prospects with insight and relevance. Artificial intelligence, particularly generative and agentic AI, has emerged as a powerful force multiplier across these activities, enabling business development professionals to move faster, work smarter and make more informed decisions.

AI-Enabled Business Development is a immersive executive program designed to help participants understand, apply and govern AI tools across the full business development lifecycle. Participants will explore how generative AI and agentic tools support research, prospect identification, consultative selling, pipeline analytics, competitive intelligence and executive communication. The program emphasizes practical application, with hands-on exercises using ChatGPT Agents to perform real business development tasks, from company research and lead scoring to opportunity forecasting and executive presentation development.

Throughout the program, participants also examine the ethical, governance and data consideration required to adopt AI responsibly and sustainably within business development contexts.
